Change of mind

We believe that proper storage is crucial to the quality of wines. Since we cannot control how bottles are stored once they leave our possession, we are unable to refund or exchange any wines after delivery 

Corked/Tainted/Oxidised Wines
While all our wines are permanently stored in a professional environment safe from humidity and direct sunlight, the possibility still exists for wines to be corked/tainted or oxidised.

For wine faults, we will, at our discretion consider a refund or replacement, where the wine is deemed undrinkable in quality, subject to the following criteria:

• Item must be returned to us within one day of purchase
• An open bottle must be three-fourths (3/4) full
• Evaluation by our staff or a certified sommelier from the Court of Master Sommeliers.

Wines of age 10 years and above is not guaranteed in any way (purchased at the buyer’s risk).

Promotional Wines
Promotional wines are offered on a first come first served basis and are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable or non-exchangeable.
